This privacy policy explains what data Apex Race Tracker (the "App") handles. The short version: the App does not collect personal information, does not track you, does not contain advertising, and does not share data with third parties.

What data the App stores

The App stores the following data only on your device, using standard iOS local storage:

• Your favorite drivers and teams
• Your preference for auto-refreshing live timing
• A short-lived cache of recently viewed standings, schedules, and race results, used to make the App load faster and work briefly offline

This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App removes all of it. You can also clear the cache at any time from the in-app Settings screen.

Network requests

To show current Formula 1 data, the App makes anonymous HTTPS requests to the following public APIs:

• Jolpica F1 — for standings, schedule, and race results (api.jolpi.ca)
• OpenF1 — for live timing during sessions (api.openf1.org)

These requests do not include any identifier, account, or personal information. Each provider may log standard request metadata (such as IP address and timestamp) according to their own privacy practices.

What the App does not do

• No accounts, no sign-in, no email collection
• No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting
• No advertising and no ad tracking
• No third-party SDKs that collect data
• No location, contacts, microphone, or camera access
• No push notifications

Children

The App is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. It does not knowingly collect any information from children or anyone else.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted at this URL and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Material changes will also be reflected in App Store release notes.
